Week 1 - I just started my Body by Vi 90 day challenge. The first few days went well - I stuck to the plan of 2 shakes a day with a healthy supper. For snacks I had yogurt, apple, peanuts....and lots of water. I really didn't feel hungry, but I did have cravings. The cravings were pretty strong this morning (Saturday morning) as I was at home, food around, had to bake, went to the grocery store....all those things are triggers for me. So, I went ahead with a piece of that banana-nut upside down cake (wow, it was gooooood). I know one piece of cake isn't the end of the world, but I feel
