Tuesday morning (tomorrow) I do my official weekly weigh-in. I say I won't be to discouraged when the scale isn't kind. I have been loyal to my exercise during the past week, and I haven't overindulged. The first week went SO well (according to the scale), I just know I won't have as much to celebrate this week. Oh well, I better just keep plugging away.
Maybe I need a fun event to go to as a goal and reward.....hmmmm, maybe Hairball?? One month away!!

Week two is almost over. I'm feeling better about myself now. My pants are much more comfortable, in fact some are feeling a bit loose. Weight loss will be about 6 pounds since the start.
Once again, the weekend is the toughest. Yesterday we traveled - I hadn't realized how much I rely on food to cut the boredom in THAT situation. Visiting at Ma's brought another set of challenges, as our family enjoys good food in large amounts! I used restraint though - enjoying each item in moderation.

Week 1 - I just started my Body by Vi 90 day challenge. The first few days went well - I stuck to the plan of 2 shakes a day with a healthy supper. For snacks I had yogurt, apple, peanuts....and lots of water. I really didn't feel hungry, but I did have cravings. The cravings were pretty strong this morning (Saturday morning) as I was at home, food around, had to bake, went to the grocery store....all those things are triggers for me. So, I went ahead with a piece of that banana-nut upside down cake (wow, it was gooooood). I know one piece of cake isn't the end of the world, but I feel
